Suzanne Enright
President
In more than 20 years in business, Suzanne has worked with multiple international clients to
design, develop, and deliver programs that accelerate the development of global leaders.
Suzanne's operational experience in information technology, manufacturing, communications,
and government gives her the insight and experience to create leadership programs that are
directly tied to increases in business performance. She specializes in programs designed to
prepare emerging global leaders for advancement to the executive level.
As a child living in Japan, Suzanne developed the open mind and curious spirit to which she
attributes her success in multi-cultural environments today. Suzanne has lived and worked in the
US, England, Taiwan, and Japan, and has traveled to 20 countries on four continents. She has
studied Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.
She has trained as an executive coach and graphic facilitator and received her BA in American
Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
Kenneth Enright
Business Manager
Ken manages business and financial operations for Kensu. As a founding member, he
collaborated on the start up and implementation of key business processes. He is a key advisor
to the president and sits on the board of directors.
Ken holds a BA in Theater Arts from the University of California at Santa Cruz. He speaks fluent
German.

Finn Jackson is an original thinker, writer, and business consultant with a unique perspective on
strategic innovation. In more than a dozen countries worldwide, he has helped clients convert

intent.
Finn’s book, The Escher Cycle, describes the key activities that drive the short- and long-term
success of a business. He is at heart a systems thinker who sees the world as a series of
interconnected systems. He improves client results by working with them to understand and
improve the way their organizations work as a system.
Finn spent 10 years designing and implementing sustainable strategic change at EDS, the global
professional services company.
Educated at Trinity College, Oxford, Finn worked in industry and strategy consulting before
obtaining an MBA, summa cum laude, from Imperial College, London.
Kwai Yu, MBA
Affiliate Consultant
Kwai is passionate about leadership and the ‘real world’ results his leadership programs
achieve. He has lived and breathed these principles and achieved tangible results in his own life
and in his client organizations. He has led leadership development programs for major
organizations such as Barclays Bank, EDS, and Computacenter.
During the implementation of a leadership development program for 600 leaders, Kwai
developed the leadership principles he now calls BE YOUR FUTURETM, a program that fosters
accountability in leaders and develops the critical thinking skills and self-reflection needed to
create a sense of personal responsibility for one’s learning and career development.
Kwai holds a Diploma in Management Studies and an MBA.
