
Suzanne Enright
President and Senior Consultant
In more than 25 years in international business operations and leadership
development, Suzanne has worked with clients to create programs that develop the
unique competencies required for leaders in the global arena. She has operational
experience in the IT, manufacturing, communications, and government sectors
where she has created leadership development and organizational change
programs that have resulted in significant increases in business performance.
Suzanne excels at building bridges across cultures and ensuring all voices are
heard. She coaches leaders to create environments where challenging subjects can
be discussed with compassion and respect and where all the talent in the
organization is fully employed, regardless of culture and language differences,
resulting in increased retention and promotion rates.
Suzanne has worked with multiple international organizations to design, develop,
and deliver programs for global leaders. Most recently, she has designed and
delivered a year-long leadership development program for high-potential leaders
from Japan, Taiwan, China, Korea, and the US for the Tokyo-based division of an
international client. For the same client, she implemented a cross-cultural talent
management system for the Commercial function.
Suzanne has lived and worked in the US, England, Taiwan, and Japan, and has
traveled in 20 countries on four continents. She has studied Mandarin Chinese and
Spanish.
She has trained as an executive coach and graphic facilitator and received her BA in
American Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
Suzanne lives with her husband and two cats on a beautiful island in the Pacific
Northwest.
David Hager, JD
Senior Consultant
David brings a synthesis of communication and organizational skills gained in more
than 27 years experience in international business operations, legal and public
affairs, and conflict resolution. His focus is on creating clarity and alignment in
complex situations.
David has facilitated senior leadership programs across Europe and Asia. He lived
and worked in China from 1990 to 2000, during which time he was involved in the
negotiation and startup of new foreign investments, joint ventures, mergers, and
acquisitions across Asia. He has negotiated agreements and mediated disputes
between multi-national companies and senior Chinese government leaders.
He holds a BA in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications, a law degree,
and is trained and certified as an executive coach and mediator. He speaks
Mandarin.
David lives with his family on a beautiful island in the Pacific Northwest.
Finn Jackson, MBA
Strategist and Senior Consultant
Finn Jackson is an original thinker, writer, and business consultant with a unique
perspective on strategic innovation. In more than a dozen countries worldwide, he
has helped clients convert organizational strategies into practical actions and
aligned day-to-day activities with strategic intent.
Finn’s book, The Escher Cycle, describes the key activities that drive the short- and
long-term success of a business. He is at heart a systems thinker who sees the
world as a series of interconnected systems, and improves client results by working
with them to understand and improve the way their organizations work as a system.
Finn spent 10 years designing and implementing sustainable strategic change at
EDS, the global professional services company.
Educated at Trinity College, Oxford, Finn worked in industry and strategy consulting
before obtaining an MBA, summa cum laude, from Imperial College, London.
The most significant impact Finn would like to achieve before he dies is to have
helped to slow climate change. He lives in England and enjoys painting, trumpeting,
and spending time in the great outdoors with his three children.
Kwai Yu, MBA
Consultant
Kwai has come a long way from his early life living on a tiny fishing boat in Hong
Kong in the 1960s. In the past 15 years, he has led leadership development
programs for major organizations such as Barclays Bank, EDS, and Computacenter.
Kwai is passionate about leadership and the ‘real world’ results his leadership
programs achieve. He has lived and breathed these principles and achieved
tangible results in his own life and in his client organizations.
During the implementation of a leadership development program for 600 leaders,
Kwai developed the leadership principles he now calls BE YOUR FUTURETM, a
program that fosters accountability in leaders and develops the critical thinking skills
and self-reflection needed to create a sense of personal responsibility for one’s
learning and career development.
He holds a Diploma in Management Studies and an MBA.
Kwai lives in the UK in the leafy Manchester suburb of Hale with his wife and two
young daughters.
Amy Mraze
Logistics Manager
As Logistics Manager, Amy manages all the details that ensure flawless program
delivery. She brings more than 18 years experience coordinating events, from small
customized seminars for Fortune 500 companies, to large-scale presentations and
workshops for multi-cultural public audiences.
Her strengths lie in communications, event coordination, and group facilitation. Amy
is passionate about managing programs that are so seamless and natural that
participants effortlessly and enthusiastically engage in dialogue.
Amy holds a BA in Linguistics and a BA in English from the University of California at
Berkeley. She has trained as a Personal Life Coach and is currently studying
Spanish.
She lives with her husband and young son in British Columbia, Canada.
